Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid sustainable shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original organic cotton packaging and use the original shipping box if possible to minimize environmental impact.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
